Blue Ridge Bitcoin exists to promote education, community discussion, and responsible adoption of Bitcoin in Central Virginia. We view Bitcoin as more than just a novel monetary technology - it is a viable path to restoring sound money and individual sovereignty through a provably scarce, fully auditable, digital bearer instrument, representing a modern return to honest scales and accurate weights.​
