Blue Ridge Bitcoin Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Blue Ridge Bitcoin ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you") agree to these Terms, forming a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We provide technical education and support for using and storing Bitcoin in self-custody. We are not financial, legal, or tax advisors. You are responsible for consulting relevant professionals and complying with applicable laws.

1. What we do

We offer technical training and support for Bitcoin self-custody, including setting up wallets, nodes, and small miners.

2. What we do not do

We are not a bank, exchange, or licensed financial service provider.
We do not hold, manage, or control your Bitcoin or funds.
We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or outcomes of third-party professionals.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your Bitcoin, wallet, setup, and decisions.
You accept all risks associated with Bitcoin, including price volatility and technical errors.
You must ensure compliance with local laws.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee profits, security, or error-free outcomes for using or storing Bitcoin.
We are not liable for losses due to your errors, market conditions, external factors (e.g., Bitcoin protocol changes).

5. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent if younger.
Be authorized to represent your entity (if applicable).
Provide accurate information and maintain compatible technical setups for Bitcoin software or hardware devices.
You must have basic technical skills and a stable internet connection for running and maintaining Bitcoin software and hardware.
Comply with applicable laws.

Client Conduct: You agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior, including attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or misuse our services or materials. We may refuse or terminate services immediately if you violate this clause, with no refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted per service and payable in Bitcoin only.
You are responsible for all network fees and applicable taxes.
Payments are considered received only when confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain by Blue Ridge Bitcoin.
All payments are non-refundable, except in the sole discretion of Blue Ridge Bitcoin if we fail to deliver the agreed services.
We may adjust fees at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of current rates.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all non-public information you share (e.g., emails, messages, etc.) as confidential.
We will not disclose information without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate services with third-party professionals (with your permission).
Client data is not retained unless legally required or with your explicit permission.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.

8. Intellectual property

All materials (e.g., guides, videos, tools) provided by Blue Ridge Bitcoin are our exclusive property.
You may use them solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Copying, distributing, reselling, or using our brand/logo without written permission is prohibited.
Feedback you provide becomes our property for unrestricted use.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses due to your errors, Bitcoin market risks, third-party tools, external factors, or actions of third-party professionals.
Our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior six months.
You use our services at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Ridge Bitcoin harmless from claims, damages, or costs arising from:

Your misuse of our services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Third-party claims related to your actions.

This obligation survives termination of services.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
